      If your organization has more than 50 employees or falls into a category of entities defined by law, the provisions of the Whistleblower Protection Act apply to your organization.

    • Does the system ensure compliance with data protection regulations?

      Revelto is designed to comply with all relevant data protection regulations, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

    • What training and support do you provide?

      MKA Nosko law firm can provide training and legal support to all individuals designated by your organization to use the system and review reports.

    • Can our organization customize the landing page?

      Yes, but this is an additional service. The landing page in the default setup contains information about your organization and includes mandatory statutory information.

    • How are security and confidentiality ensured for whistleblowers?

      Revelto does not track users who use the confidential form to submit a report. Any data that is submitted as part of the report is only shown to relevant persons (administrators) of your organization and is protected by law.
